You are a core member of the product team and will engage in daily product conversations to identify customer pain-points and opportunities. You’ll be in charge of designing the user journey from a high-level point of view as well as creating the interfaces that the users will directly interact with.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct user research to identify pain points and areas of improvement.</li><li>Engage in product conversations to discover new opportunities.</li><li>Cultivate a thorough understanding of the business processes in order to present viable solutions.</li><li>Contribute as a core product team member in planning and prioritizing features.</li><li>Design user interfaces for digital apps (mobile and web).</li><li>Create and maintaining UI design systems.</li><li>Deliver exported and documented designs to software engineers.</li><li>Work closely with software engineers to ensure that implementation meets the UX and UI requirements and guidelines.</li><li>Lead design discussions and providing feedback to other designers.</li><li>Mentor junior designers.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or Industrial Design.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a UI/UX Designer.</li><li>Experienced in UI design software such Adobe Xd or Figma.</li><li>Possesses a user-centric design mindset.</li><li>Well-versed in user research methods.</li><li>Able to visualize ideas into wireframes and prototypes.</li><li>Has a product-oriented mindset and analyzes potential solutions from a high level, accounting for business impact.</li><li>Has a knack for challenging assumptions and redefining problems to reach optimum solutions.</li><li>Skilled in UI design.</li><li>Experienced in UI design software such Adobe Xd or Figma.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Analytic and strategic thinking.</li><li>Mentoring and leadership.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Problem-solving.</li><li>Creativity.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired skills and qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Good writing skills in Arabic and English.</li><li>Skilled in vector design (Adobe Illustrator).</li><li>Background knowledge in front-end development (HTML and CSS).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p><ul><li>Company culture: We are a collaborative and supportive company where everyone is encouraged to share their ideas.
