<p><span>We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Tester having around 6+ years of experience. The candidate will have to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing software quality reports. To ensure success as a Lead Software Tester you should have great attention to details, deep understanding of business needs and specifications and strong analytical and communication skills. A top-notch Lead Software Tester ensures the smooth running of the software quality department and ultimately customer satisfaction.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure highest quality of the deliverables on different platforms and environments.</li><li>Document, share &amp; report test results to the technical manager &amp; stakeholders.</li><li>Analyze defects root cause.</li><li>Responsible for defects life cycle till closure.</li><li>Ensure test coverage, &amp; requirements validation.</li><li>Manage software quality team members.</li><li>Create &amp; follow up QC team KPIs.</li><li>Engage in sprint planning &amp; prioritization.</li><li>Make sure of selecting the right tools and technologies to achieve the assigned goals.</li><li>Document and run comprehensive test cases.</li><li>Make sure of running suitable tests (API, performance, load, etc.)</li><li>Test Automation</li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A bachelor degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.</li><li>6+ years of relevant work experience</li><li>1+ year of practical experience as lead</li><li>Fluent in English language</li><li>ISTQB certification – foundation level</li><li>Experience with reviewing requirements and developing testing artifacts</li><li>Hand on experience in using API testing tools (Postman is preferred)</li><li>Hands on experience in performance testing (JMeter is preferred)</li><li>Practical experience automation</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must</li><li>Positive attitude, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced start-up environment</li><li>Experience in testing mobile apps</li></ul><p><br></p>
