Baker Hughes Nexus Controls offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of control system and machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software, and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. Our Team supports the supply chain management.

Partner with the best

As Service Specialist – Commissioning, you will perform services and maintenance activities on customer site contributing to the development of an operational year plan. You will also be responsible for multiple agreements, visiting each site and may be embedded in the customer’s organization.

As a Services Specialist – Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use. Includes Performance Services, Performance tests
• Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning
• Interfacing across customer management on issues and escalations to support a diverse range of region-based clients
• Ensuring customer satisfaction in scope deliverable, quality and recommend technical solutions for overall system architecture level.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial automation, Electrical, or Electronic engineering
• Have minimum 10 years of Control/Electrical Engineering in Energy and Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years minimum with Controls upgrade projects in Mark VIe
• Have technical knowledge of a wide-range of relevant products in MKVI and MKVIe ( Mark 6 and Mark 6e) Controls e.g. Gas turbines and Steam Turbines.
• Have considerable experience in facility/site management including the site experience and customer interface
• Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical information to customers in English.
• Have a valid Saudi Residence Visa will be an advantage.

Desired Characteristics:

-Have experience in controls for Compressor Controls, Turboexpanders & DCS.
