We are seeking a skilled and experienced <strong>Lead/Senior Business Analyst</strong> to spearhead our cutting-edge projects by collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and various stakeholders. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive innovation and deliver unparalleled value to our clients.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Analyse and understand the business requirements across nine distinct AI projects, including predictive failure analysis, energy management, octane and benzene prediction, crude export optimization, and more</li><li>Collaborate closely with the AI team, including data scientists and full-stack engineers, to ensure data accuracy, quality, and security in projects such as CD Enablement, Advanced Symmetra, and Flare Monitors</li><li>Facilitate discussions with the stakeholders to capture and document business needs and translate these into technical specifications for the data and engineering teams</li><li>Define project objectives and monitor progress regularly, identifying potential bottlenecks and working to mitigate them</li><li>Collaborate with project leads to ensure the solutions being developed meet the desired business outcomes</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation such as project plans, business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides</li><li>Monitor and communicate project status to stakeholders and management, ensuring transparency and timely reporting<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
