Description:<p><br></p><strong>Job Title: Lead, Sales Account Management</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Location: Saudi Arabia<br><br>Job Code: CS20231705-100908<br><br></strong><strong>Job Description:<br><br></strong>A Lead, Sales/Account Manager works with key customer accounts in their territory to provide product & system solutions leveraging L3Harris Communciation System capabilities. The position develops new business and maintains positive ongoing relationships with customer, L3Harris partners, and other third-parties. Represents the company to the customer in all sales oriented activities. Responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing opportunties to sell company products, systems and/or services to customers in assigned accounts to meet business objectives. Manages account opportunities in customer relationship management (CRM) database and updates regularly to represent current state of opportunity pipeline.<br><br>The position regularly travels to customer sites to develop, manage the relationship between the organization, partners, and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals. Works with marketing, sales engineering, product engineering and other functions to implement sales strategies with respect to pricing, competition, collaboration, delivery, and terms of sale. Develops tactical and strategic direction for market opportunities and presents a compelling analysis for capturing business. Provides regular updates to senior sales / operations staff concerning account issues finanical status, etc.<br><br>The Scandinivia region (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland) presents tremendous growth opportunities for L3Harris Communication Systems both in the short and long term. Key opportunities will require multifaceted strategies coordinating campaigns targeting US embassies, US military commands, local (foreign) defense industry, local (foreign) military stakeholders and local (foreign) civilian governments. The position will be responsible for establishing, executing and when necessary adapting these strategies to secure near term business while developing the longer term, higher value opportunities. Since these markets have strong domestic defense industries, collaboration on product manufacturing and potentially product development will require extensive coordination with product line management, product engineering, program management and export compliance.<br><br>The position reports to Regional Managing Director of the territory.<br><br><strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.</li><li>Military service accepted in lieu of degree on a case-by-case basis.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills:<br></strong><ul><li>Self-motivated, experienced, and results oriented leader with a sense of urgency to stay in front of strategic opportunities</li><li>Keen interest in customer requirements and a desire to match the customers’ needs to the right solution.</li><li>Knowledge of related government procurement processes.</li><li>Knowledge of the export control International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export.</li><li>Experience working with military and government customers, preferably in communication systems related industry or service.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, cultural sensitivity, and strong business ethics.</li><li>Self-starter motivated to achieve results independently with minimal guidance.</li></ul>
