<strong>Purpose of the job</strong><p><br></p>Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations<p><br></p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p>1. Identify and designing business processes for automation<p><br></p>2. Analyze and document client solution architecture to support Intelligent Automation.<p><br></p>3. Provide troubleshooting technical support for complex issues raised by clients. <p><br></p>4. Infrastructure engineering, monitoring, and networking experience within an enterprise IT environment.<p><br></p>5. Set up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error. <p><br></p>5. Produce process documentation in order to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward<p><br></p>6. Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and prevent any potential bugs. <p><br></p><strong>Job specification</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor degree of Computer Science from a reputable university<p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong><p><br></p>1. Strong written and verbal communication skills<p><br></p>2. Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients<p><br></p>3. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills<p><br></p><strong>Skills And Abilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluent English and Arabic is a must. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent</li><li>2 years of experience in the same field</li><li>Proficiency in PowerShell script, vb script ,JavaScript </li><li>Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)</li><li>Experience with Databases, such as SQL and NoSQL</li><li>UiPath advanced Developer certificates is a must.</li></ul>
