We will also be able to answer any questions you might have<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Please feel free to share our career site with any of your colleagues or anyone you know that might be looking for a job: https://jobs.lever.co/envisionemploymentsolutions<p><br></p>_________________________________________________________________________________________________________<p><br></p>Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Lead Product Designers for one of our partners, a very well-known Digital Factory.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Help grow and foster a high-performance UX team by being accountable for overseeing the implementation of the standards across multiple squads</li><li>Play a key role in helping us realize the vision, and define the next generation of user experience</li><li>Actively participate in product definition, roadmap planning, in a multidisciplinary environment with product lead, UX researchers, and tech partners</li><li>Conduct discovery activities to define high-level user journeys identifying key features and capabilities needed</li><li>Leverage his/her knowledge and experience in design thinking to plan and facilitate ideation and alignment workshops with product stakeholders<br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience including at least 4+ years of leading teams. </li><li>Expertise in designing web applications and software, with proficiency in commonly used design tools such as Sigma and similar tools. </li><li>Strong expertise in user research and usability testing, with experience planning, conducting and synthesizing user research sessions. </li><li>In-depth understanding of design principles, information architecture and interaction design, with a focus on creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in developing wireframes and prototypes, testing design ideas with real users to assess value and mitigate risks. </li><li>Passion for user-centered design and a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your design thinking and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design recommendations and decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. </li><li>Strong collaboration skills with an agile mindset, excited to work with a range of stakeholders from business and technology. </li><li>Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends. <br><br></li></ul>Benefits:<p><br></p><ul><li>A basic monthly net salary that is determined based on experience</li><li>Social Insurance</li><li>Individual Medical Insurance [GlobeMed]</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Last but not least an AMAZING team!!<br><br></li></ul>Envision Employment Solutions is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
