Lead Product Designer

Job Description

<ul><li>Help grow and foster a high-performance UX team by being accountable for overseeing the implementation of the standards across multiple squads </li><li>Play a key role in helping us realize the vision, and define the next generation of user experience </li><li>Actively participate in product definition, and roadmap planning, in a multidisciplinary environment with the product lead, UX researchers, and tech partners</li><li>Conduct discovery activities to define high-level user journeys identifying key features and capabilities needed </li><li>Leverage his/her knowledge and experience in design thinking to plan and facilitate ideation and alignment workshops with product stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Work experience as a Product Designer or similar role</li><li>Experience in industrial design</li><li>Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques</li><li>Hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) tools</li><li>Good knowledge of 3D modeling software</li><li>Experience with design programs (like Illustrator and Sketch)</li><li>Time-management skills</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>BSc/MSc in Product Design, Manufacturing Design Engineering or relevant field</li></ul>
