<p><strong>Description:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Environment, Health, &amp; Safety:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Adheres to HSE regulations &amp; guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.</p><p>· Takes reasonable care for his health and safety in the workplace. He must also take reasonable care for the health and safety of others who may be affected by what he does or doesn’t do.</p><p>· Sets job safety procedure standards (JSP) and maintain safe performance of all work.</p><p>· Always takes appropriate action to maintain the work place in a clean and tidy manner in line with company standards.</p><p>· Contributes in reporting near misses and incidents as well as site inspection and investigation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Process Engineering Support: </strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Provides process technical support to meeting the operational, process and quality targets for finishing lines.</p><p>· Assists maintenance department to implement maintenance strategy across all finishing lines applying “Lessons Learned”.</p><p>· Assists area engineers by providing advanced trouble shooting capabilities and resolves more complex technical problems in order to get the process back in optimum conditions.</p><p>· Assists in the maintenance or emergency repairs inspections and provides technical process assistance to maintenance supervisors and technicians as assigned.</p><p>· Provides recommendations for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for all of the finishing lines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Leadership, Training &amp; Coaching:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Provides on-site, hands-on mentorship to newly hired finishing line engineers includes training, coaching and guidance to engineers for execution of work control and maintenance processes.</p><p>· Assists with the recruitment of experienced and competent maintenance engineers and technicians for the rolling mill.</p><p>. Coordinates the training of maintenance personnel at the rolling mill, ensuring their knowledge and application of maintenance best practices.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports Generation:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Provides a role in the establishment and implementation of process monitoring procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs).</p><p>· Ensures all processes are in control and capable across all finishing lines</p><p>. Develops technical maintenance and engineering reports as requested.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Educational Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or Process Engineering.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>. 10+ years of technical experience in Process Engineering in the finishing line.</p><p>· Demonstrated Experience in handling process problem solving in the finishing lines</p><p>· Demonstrated experience in coating, continuous heat treatment and slitting processes</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Data gathering techniques for organizing and interpreting data and the ability to accurately compile, interpret and apply a variety of field notes, data tables and other information to engineering problems.</p><p>· Knowledgeable of Metallurgical relationship with process paraments</p><p>· Computer proficiency and potential in data management and project planning and performance of engineering functions including but not limited on MS Office software.</p><p>· Ability to read and understand technical writing and ability to understand and interpret complex and technical information</p>
