We are working with a Major Oil &amp; Gas operator to source for Lead of Turnover and Acceptance specialising in offshore compression. This is a long-term contract role working on a residential basis 6-days per week / 10 hours per day. Please see details below: Title: Lead of Turnover and Acceptance Start Date: Negotiable (typically within 1 month notice) Duration: 36 months (potential for extension) Location: Onshore (site based) Working Schedule: 6-days per week / 10 hours per day Job Scope: Responsible for supporting the EPC Management teams who has the full authority, accountability, and responsibility for safe and successful delivery of EPC scope for all System Completions aspect of the project. Responsible for future FEED (if required), contracting strategy, tendering &amp; funding for future Compression development phases (e.g., QG South and QG North Compression Complexes) Responsible as necessary discipline system completion functions support for each Compression EPC during the execution stage. Key Job Accountabilities: Coordinates the Turnover and Acceptance processes to ensure deliverables of all finalised systems from before start-up to final acceptance in accordance with NFPS Compression project objectives and further enhances for following EPC phases through lesson learned processes. Ensures overall turnover and acceptance processes compliance with Projects specifications, procedures, and plans. Coordinates and manages effective systems completion procedures and tools, and commissioning plans for effective and smooth handover to the operating organization Provides inputs to develop the project systems completion philosophy in full coordination with OPCO based on lesson learned process for the following phases of NFPS Compression project. Work in a project environment to create a culture that encourages everyone to contribute to their best ability every day. Coordinates complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS). Clear and concise communications required with PMT members. Leads by example and demonstrates high integrity in all details while sensitive to multi-cultural differences and effective communications with individuals for whom English is second language. Interacts effectively with Project Teams and Departments to resolve issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to influence without authority Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in appropriate engineering discipline Knowledge and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in appropriate engineering discipline Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil &amp; gas industries and minimum 5+ years on similar position Experience with Project Execution related environment with broad experience of projects, engineering, and systems completion Experience of dealing with Turnover of projects from before start-up to final acceptance Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds Technical and Business Skills: Excellent written and oral English skills. Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills. Strong communication, influencing and interface skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience of system completion management systems</li></ul>
