With over 800 employees and 6,000 contractors operating in over 50 countries, our geographical reach and pool of talent available is unmatched in the industry.<p><br></p>Airswift is seeking for a Lead of Execution (Offshore) to work in Qatar with one of our clients in Oil & Gas Industry.<p><br></p>Job Purpose Responsible for providing execution support to all offshore project teams within the Major Projects organization, from Pre-FEED through to handover and closeout ensuring fit for purpose application of best practices, technology, and appropriate execution strategies for successful execution of Offshore projects.<p><br></p>Coordinates, conducts, or participates in project assurance and other reviews to ensure projects are planned and executed in accordance with Company’s Project Management System standards and industry best practices. Key Job Accountabilities Supports Project Management Team (PMT) in managing and controlling project offshore execution (brownfield and greenfield), by providing guidance to the team, ensuring timely and effective directions are followed in all aspects of planning and executing the workload.<p><br></p>Ensures overall compliance with Projects Execution Plans (Offshore), specifications, and procedures by promoting effective communication and teamworking together with best practice sharing to improve operational efficiencies.<p><br></p>Ensures Project Team and Contractor achieves quality per the Project Quality Management Plan<p><br></p>Ensures overall compliance with Projects specifications, procedures, and plans.<p><br></p>Contributes to project workshops related to Offshore Execution such as, Complexity, Contracting Strategy, CDRA and HAZID, HAZOP, LL, VE etc., ensuring timely resolution to problems and challenges through best practices, industry standards and knowledge gained from personal experience.<p><br></p>Endorses Management of Changes and extra work request as delegated.<p><br></p>Works in a project environment to create a culture that encourages everyone to contribute to their best ability every day.<p><br></p>Coordinates significantly complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS)<p><br></p>Clear and concise communications required with Project Team to ensure continuity in execution of EPC Agreement<p><br></p>Leads by example and demonstrates high integrity in all details while sensitive to multi-cultural differences and effective communications with individuals for whom English is second language.<p><br></p>Interacts effectively with Company’s Project Teams and Departments to resolve issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to influence without authority.<p><br></p>Works complex tasks to completion with minimal supervision intervention. Minimum Requirements Qualifications<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, or equivalent. -Total 15+ years of experience in an Offshore Project Execution engaging major FEED and EPC contractors, experience of working in the Offshore fields with Brownfield Projects, Simultaneous Operations</li></ul><p><br></p>(SIMOPS), and debottlenecking of operating facilities with broad experience of projects and engineering.<p><br></p><ul><li>Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, coordination, planning and interface skills. -Good proactivity, negotiating and influencing skills.</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English skills. -Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.</li></ul>
