<strong>Lead of Contracts – EPC – Onshore – Major LNG Projects </strong><p><br></p>Our client, a major LNG operator in Qatar, requires a Lead of Contracts for an onshore Mega LNG project on a 3-year renewal contract basis.<p><br></p>This role will be reporting to Head of Contracts.<p><br></p>In the project assignment role, is responsible for providing commercial, contractual, and functional direction related to all aspects of contracting including, the pre-award formulation of tender packages up the date of award and post award management up to close-out of an EPC and other miscellaneous contracts to support the Clients Project.<p><br></p><ul><li> A focus on post-award contract management activities to ensure contractual compliance. </li><li> Based on Site six days per week. </li><li> Operates in a multi-cultural, multinational environment, which requires professional conduct and proper office protocol. </li><li> Works often under significant time pressure. </li><li> Negotiates with multiple parties for the benefit of Client. </li><li> Aware of global EPC market and pricing within LNG Projects. </li></ul><p><br></p>Suitable candidates will require a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor Law or Business. With a minimum of 15 years of broad contract management, contracts and procurement experience on major oil and gas projects.
