Analyze complex business problems and propose solutions using process and system automation.<p><br></p><ul><li> Coordinate cross-functional (and multi-system) process development.</li><li> Maintain process documentation including process change orders. Define business rules and translate requests into business requirements.</li><li> Communicate business, system, quality, and integration requirements.</li><li> Identify opportunities to improve process. Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.</li><li> Validate functional requirements and system specifications to ensure they meet the needs of the business process. Conduct process and system testing and training to process experts.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>About You </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electrical Power is preferred</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience</li><li>Fluent in English – French is a plus</li><li>Good negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Strong enthusiasm &amp; drive to succeed</li><li>Effective listening &amp; communication skills</li><li>Sales mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-time<p><br></p><strong>Req: </strong>008G73
