Your Impact
Lead Instructors play a key role in Correlation One training. They train Fellows in Correlation One’s programs and work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes. Their main focus as educators is to conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 20 to 2,000 Fellows, depending on the program. The ideal candidate will be an excellent educator with superior communication skills and a good sense on how to provide a positive Fellow experience.
This person is a quick learner, diligent with their work, and empathetic. Your driving motivation is helping Fellows learn the material taught during the program so that they can use their new knowledge & skills in the real world.
A Day in The Life
Teaching lectures for the program Reviewing the cases in advance and preparing for teaching sessions Maintaining clear and responsive communication with Correlation One Answering participants’ questions during the lecture Acting as a representative for Correlation One during the Program Monitoring the class Slack community during class and responding to Program participants live Providing feedback to Correlation One about the teaching sessions, cases, and other aspects of the Program, including but not limited to what went well, what did not go well, and other feedback that will improve the participants’ experience. Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well, stay on schedule, support a positive Fellow experience, and provide thoughtful feedback on the program to Correlation One Participate in Instructor onboarding sessions and review any onboarding materials Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, including but not limited to being communicative and responsive to Fellows, colleagues, and the Correlation One personnel, as well as treating Fellows, colleagues, and the Correlation One personnel with respect and avoiding defaming, embittered language or personalized attacks.
Your Expertise
An excellent educator with a passion for teaching and supporting learners Experience teaching in a virtual setting preferred Degree in a Data Analytics related field and / or industry experience in a Data Analysis related role; post-graduate and research work at top institutions are also strong pluses Outstanding team and people management skills Familiarity with the following topics: + Data Visualization
+ Python
+ SQL
+ Excel
+ Dashboard Design (Tableau, Looker Studio)
+ English language proficiency
+ Arabic language proficiency
Where You Are
This role is fully remote. Working hours should be compatible with Jordan’s timezone.
Time Commitment
Required dates and times for lectures + Exact dates are TBD, but most likely the contract will run from the end of September 2023 to February 2024 and lectures are on Saturday from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Jordan time

$100/hr
