Lead Implementation SAP Payroll
Job Description
As a member of ADP’s GlobalView (GV) Implementation team, your role is to ensure Payroll configuration following ADP GV methodology.<p><br></p>You will be required to review client specific Blueprint documents, build system in accordance to blueprint, conduct and document unit test results.<p><br></p>You will also be required to support User Acceptance testing, parallel runs and provide required support during go live support phase.<p><br></p>You will have the ability to plan and prioritise your work without direct supervision with quality and timely delivery your key objectives.<p><br></p>You will be driven by desire for successful quality delivery and show the ability to work in a virtual team environment.<p><br></p><strong><u>Profile</u></strong><p><br></p>At least 3 years of experience as a consultant on SAP HR payroll<p><br></p><ul><li> Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English</li><li>Keep Lead Consultant continuously updated of progress, risks and task slippages</li><li>Good knowledge of GV Payroll solution</li><li>France legislative knowledge in Payroll</li><li> Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work against agreed timelines as agreed with lead consultant / time expert</li><li>Teamwork, work collaboratively with others to achieve project goals</li><li>Raise issues in a timely manner with lead consultant / Payroll expert in country.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Explore our COVID-19 page https://jobs.adp.com/covid19/ to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP:</strong> ADP affirms that inequality is detrimental to our associates, our clients, and the communities we serve.
