<p><strong>About the job</strong></p><p>Log Media Agency LLC is a global digital marketing agency that offers full digital marketing services to help business owners grow their business. We offer U.S. and international businesses a wide range of services including Website Development and Design, Social Media Advertising, SEO and PPC Ads management. We are looking for&nbsp;highly motivated and ambitious Lead Generation Specialist to join our expanding team. This is a remote position; you will have a flexible schedule.</p><p><br></p><p>For this position is required availability to join immediately.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team</li><li>Achieving Daily/weekly/monthly sales lead generation and appointment quotas.</li><li>Lead generation of new leads for regular sales cycles.</li><li>Effectively communicate and present the company products and services and value proposition to prospective customers through cold calling and cold email.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all lead sources are properly identified, tracked and optimized in order to maximize revenue.</li><li>Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed.</li><li>Provide support on marketing and sales initiatives.</li><li>Work closely with sales representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.</li><li>Maintain updated the leads on the CRM software.</li><li>Daily/weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports.</li><li>Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lead generation specialist with an emphasis on lead generation and/or sales automation.</li><li>Experience working within the marketing industry is preferred</li><li>With own computer and phone equipment.</li><li>Available to join our team immediately.</li><li>Experience in the Middle East, India&nbsp;and Africa.</li><li>Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships.</li><li>Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas through email, chat, voice.</li><li>Must be internet savvy and be a power user of online services like LinkedIn and Apollo.</li><li>Should be professional and diligent in working to meet targets and deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and be able to work with online services.</li><li>Strong computer skills, including Monday, SalesForce and other CRMs.</li><li>Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Excellent selling and negotiation skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Language</strong></p><p>Full fluency in English.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary</strong></p><p>We offer a monthly salary of AED 4,500 per month and bonus by performance. As a remote position, we offer a flexible schedule and company professional development. Paid time off and holidays.
