To bolster our growth, we’re seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist with solid experience in lead generation campaigns and social media management in the real estate industry.</p><p>🎯 This role is integral to our success, combining both social media management and lead generation strategies to enhance our brand visibility, attract high-quality leads, and convert potential clients into satisfied homeowners.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>🔹 Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms.</p><p>🔹 Create and oversee powerful lead generation campaigns on social media.</p><p>🔹 Analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies, and consistently drive high-quality leads.</p><p>🔹 Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and create engaging content to attract and involve our online community.</p><p>🔹 Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms.</p><p>🔹 Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.</p><p>🔹 Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency.</p><p>What we’re looking for:</p><p>📌 5+ years experience in social media marketing, with a strong emphasis on lead generation campaigns.</p><p>📌 Proven track record of managing successful social media accounts and lead generation strategies, preferably in the real estate industry.</p><p>🔹 Expertise in using social media software for campaign monitoring and success tracking.</p><p>🔹 Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing plans.</p><p>We’re seeking a passionate and innovative individual who understands the power of social media in today’s real estate market.
