<p><strong>We are searching for an ambitious, experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help our company attract new customers and grow our online traffic!</strong></p><p>You will be in charge of devising a lead generation strategy that will improve our outreach and contribute to the growth of our subscriber base.</p><p>The ideal candidate should be familiar with the latest lead generation techniques, lead management systems, and the basics of online marketing. They are required to adapt and update our lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs and market demand. The role is challenging, and it demands intimate familiarity with major social media hubs, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to effectively generate and manage existing leads.</p><p>The chosen candidate will be responsible for spearheading our lead campaigns. They are also required to follow up on all generated leads and update managers on the progress of our lead generation initiatives.</p><p>Excellent communication and advertisement skills are necessary for effectively managing our marketing activities. Superb speaking and writing skills are also mandatory since you’ll be responsible for presenting our brand to interested audiences through web referrals and organic net traffic.</p><p>Our long-term goal is to grow our brand, attract new customers, and promote our product to as large an audience as possible. Your duty is to maintain and constantly generate fresh leads that can be converted to actionable deliverables that will boost our sales drives.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities-</strong></p><ul><li>Driving our lead generation campaigns</li><li>Generating new leads to increase brand awareness</li><li>Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers’ needs</li><li>Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers</li><li>Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth</li><li>Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources</li><li>Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements-</strong></p><ul><li>Portfolio of completed projects</li><li>Proven experience in lead generation or lead management</li><li>Familiarity with lead management software, such as RollWorks and Leadfeeder</li><li>Knowledge of customer relationship management programs, including HubSpot and Salesforce.</li><li>Must have previous experience at a real estate company as a Lead Generation Specialist.</li></ul><p><br></p>
