We are looking for a<strong> Lead Engineering Methods</strong> with the following details :<p><br></p><strong>Location : Doha, Qatar</strong><p><br></p><strong>Duration : Nov 2023 – Oct 2025</strong><p><br></p><strong>Work Status : Resident, Single </strong><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Qualification: Master’s degree in a technical discipline,</li><li>Graduate engineer with a good level of technical understanding of all relevant technical disciplines, with at least 15 years’ experience of onshore/offshore oil &amp; gas project,</li><li>Offshore experience is required,</li><li>Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislations on SHE aspect,</li><li>Familiar with Oil &amp; Gas project organizations</li><li>Familiar with project procedures, Management System standards and guidelines.</li><li>Familiar with COMPANY general specifications</li><li>Language: fluent English,</li><li>Computer literate,</li><li>Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,</li><li>Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Accountabilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure assigned tasks are well managed in accordance with overall MP engineering roadmap and management plan, that includes:</li><li>Overall MP Engineering roadmap, strategy and planning development</li><li>Resource planning management and manning reinforcement</li><li>Availability and consistency of engineering method statements within MP Engineering and across all MP Projects.</li><li>Engineering audit, progress monitoring and readiness assessment</li><li>Overall MP Engineering Risk Management and Change Management activities</li><li>Support MP projects for planning, organizing, execution and control of full life cycle of engineering management activities from initiation to close out.</li><li>Interface management within MP EMT, with COMPANY entities, shareholders, and external parties to provide support to Projects/Packages.</li><li>Ensure projects engineering scope of work is delivered by Engineering team according to project objectives, statement of requirement, COMPANY specification/standards and contractual requirements.</li></ul>
