We champion entrepreneurial culture to unlock full potential by bringing energy to the world.<p><br></p><strong>Partner with the best</strong><p><br></p>As a Lead Engineer, You will be responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. Includes hourly, nonexempt and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.<p><br></p>As a Lead Engineer – Fleet Management, you will also be responsible for:<p><br><br></p><ul><li>Supporting of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring &amp; Diagnostics, fleet configuration. Maintenance of fleet data, outage management.</li><li>Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.</li><li>Working together with business leadership at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.</li><li>Delivering products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Fuel your passion</strong><p><br></p><strong>To be successful in this role you will:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.</li><li>Have minimum 5 years of experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of steam turbine and associated auxiliaries.</li><li>Have strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Work in a way that works for you</strong><p><br></p>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
