Job Description
We have an excellent architectural and interior design consultancy in Kuwait looking for Lead Architect. They have a fantastic reputation in the region and are looking for someone who is creative, innovative. Will need to have 15+ years experience. Will lead projects and be responsible for the delivery of the client’s requirements through all work stages. Need to input proactively and communicate with all multidisciplinary teams, partners, stakeholders and clients. Will report to the Lead Architects and coordinate with and manage the work of the multi-disciplinary teams including external and specialist consultants and partners.<p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> </li><li> 15+ years experience with at least 3+ years experience of working in the Middle East </li><li> </li><li> Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, , Rhino </li><li> </li><li> Working knowledge of Middle East building codes and safety best practice. </li><li> </li><li> Proven track record in Architectural design </li><li> </li><li> Experience and knowledge of Fire & Life Safety (FLS) principles; </li><li> </li><li> Excellent command of English (Other languages an advantage) </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Benefits</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>KUW 2,000 – 3,000 </li><li>Flights </li><li>Healthcare</li></ul>
