Evalueserve is an inclusive employer and is proud of its diverse workforce. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Important responsibilities in this role will include: </strong></p><ul><li>Seasoned research professional with a strong focus on cross-industry industry</li><li>Should have flair to work across different sectors within HealthCare industry (Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Healthcare services)</li><li>Should be aware of companies, recent trends and terminologies within the Healthcare space</li><li>Develop industry analysis / trends reports and Point of Views (POVs)</li><li>Manage and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality research and analysis services to clients</li><li>Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data and insights for client projects</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects</li><li>Analyze data and prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients</li><li>Provide thought leadership and insights to clients in areas of expertise</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement</li><li>Knowledge of major customer segments, common products, and product types</li><li>Knowledge of major players in the industry and competitive landscape</li><li>Understanding of industry standard processes and methodologies</li><li>Understanding of the industry regulatory environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or market research</li><li><strong>7+ years of experience in research or consulting</strong>, with a focus on delivering insights and analysis to clients</li><li><strong>Experience/ academic background for sectors encompassing HealthCare industry (Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Healthcare services)</strong></li><li>Should be aware of free to use online resources like – WHO, CDC, CMS, PubMed, UNSD, Eurostat’s, etc.</li><li>Experience managing and leading teams of analysts Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications</li><li>Knowledge of research methodologies, databases (Capital IQ, Pitchbook etc.) and data analysis techniques</li><li>Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are interested and willing to be a part of a company kindly share your updated resume at <strong>Aayushi.Rawat@evalueserve.com</strong></p><p><br></p><p><em>JOB APPLICANT PRIVACY NOTICE</em></p><p><em>By applying for a job application for any position at Evalueserve, you acknowledge and agree that Evalueserve will collate and process your personal data for the recruitment purpose.
