Perhaps you already know that we have a fantastic Global reach with international opportunities, a clear and transparent career path and dedicated teams structured towards your growth. </em></p><p><br></p><p><em>We are looking to hire a Lead Account Manager for one our largest clients in Saudi Arabia to be based in our Dammam office. </em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>You’ll be a great fit if:</strong></p><ul><li>Develops fundamental sector, client and project specific knowledge through gaining and sharing of information with internal/external customers,contractors/candidates and clients.</li><li>Evidence of identifying, registering and marketing best candidates available using external job board licenses, internal CV database, LinkedIn,professional bodies and any other modes to attract candidates.</li><li>Evidence in maximising opportunities for the company by cross selling departments and candidates sourced throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Demonstrates management of contractor base, continually developing strong relationships to ensure we are the agency of choice.</li><li>Supports AM with driving business development efforts with existing accounts, for example, securing meetings with key contacts</li><li>Demonstrates good understanding of customer requirements and potential business opportunities based on regular account ‘check in’ meetings with existing middle management Acts as additional contact for client and contractors to address any issues arising with the account and ensuring consistent delivery of a first class service</li><li>Effectively coordinates’ and communicates with multiple internal departments about matters relating to the account, whilst addressing more complex issues with AM to understand how best to resolve these</li><li>Produces reports on account activity and performance based on client and internal stakeholder requirements (using internal NES reporting tools,Bullhorn and client-specific reporting metrics).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p><ul><li>Extremely competitive basic salary with a good bonus scheme</li><li>Generous WHF policy 2-3 days per week once you are established in your role</li><li>1 paid day for charity activity with regular opportunities to participate in charity events</li><li>32 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 37 days</li><li> Life insurance after 1 year’s service</li><li> Company Pension Scheme (5% employee contribution, 3% employer)</li><li> Cycle Work Scheme</li><li>Christmas Shutdown</li><li>Fun, lively environment with plenty of staff nights out</li><li>Close knit team environment with a clear career progression path and regular training and development</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To be considered you need:</strong></p><ul><li>Overall 6+ years of Account management / 360 Recruitment experience in Recruitment Agency</li><li>Must have contractual recruitment experience in Oil &amp; Gas / Engineering / Power and Renewables industries.</li><li>Must possess good relationship building skills and excellent communication skills</li><li>Must be a Team player and add value to the business.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Join us and deliver a brighter tomorrow!</strong></p><p></p>
