<p><span>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team in the UAE. You will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice, representing us in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. You will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals, businesses, and organizations, to offer strategic legal solutions that align with their objectives.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide legal advice and guidance on various legal matters, including corporate law, commercial contracts, labour law, intellectual property, real estate, and dispute resolution.</li><li>Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and develop effective legal strategies.</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support projects, transactions, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Stay updated with local laws and regulations and advise clients on their implications.</li><li>Perform legal due diligence and risk assessments, offering appropriate recommendations.</li><li>Represent clients’ best interests in meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized case files, legal documents, and correspondence.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal professionals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a practising Lawyer, ideally in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal procedures, specializing in one or more legal areas.</li><li>Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>High ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.</li><li>A professional license to practice law in the UAE is required.</li></ul>
