Landscape Manager

Job Description

Landscape Maintenance:

• Responsible for managing a crew of Gardeners to maintain landscape in all projects.
• Plan and execute the Landscape and irrigation Maintenance work.
• Budget forecasting, cost analysis and revenue management for Landscape business.
• Analyzing tender document, cost estimation and Proposal submission.
• Defining the chemicals, Fertilizer and products to be used for Landscape Development.
• Proposing and executing improvement work in landscaping and irrigation.
• Develop and implement training program for Landscape maintenance and installation works.
• Identify plant diseases and doing pest control Management.
• Client reporting on incidents, ongoing task, and future.
• Maintenance of Asset Register and preparation of contracts.
• Working on water saving approaches to save the cost.

Managing Landscape construction:

• Assessing the Landscape and irrigation needs of the projects and actively participating in the design for Plant selection, placement, and suitable irrigation Material at each stage i.e. Initial design stage, discussion stage and final approval stage.
• Working on BOQ as per design and sending requests to Procurement for Material Purchase.
• Collaborating with other contractor and schedule the work.
• Preparation of the site and follow up with procurement for material until received.
• Keep track of the activities and expenses at each stage.
• Executing the work as per design and submitted schedules.
• Raising Inspection requests and getting signed off by consultant and client.
• Completion of snags and handing over of site.

Managing Service Provider:

• Participating in Tender and selection of suitable contractor.
• Responsible for managing the service provider as SLA.
• Supervising the contractual and variation jobs as per scope and QHSE.
• Preparing Scope of work for fixed Contracts (AMC) and variation works.
• Conducting Monthly performance review meeting with service provider.

Candidate Requirements –

Minimum 10 years of working experience in the UAE

Qualified degree holder in Agriculture / Horticulture.
