Landscape Development Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Landscape Development Manager with the below expertise to join our clients team 50% based in UAE and 50% in Neom.<br>Landscape Development Manager<br>Key Tasks:<br>· Lead the public realm and landscape development in coordination with the design and projects teams and in accordance with the development strategy<br>· Manage the landscape and public realm design consultants engaged on the project<br>· Ensure the delivery quality of design for landscape architectural projects within the allocated resource and time<br>· Review the produced landscape architectural work from concept to implementation in accordance to clients’ requirements.<br>· Lead the progression of the design stages of the public realm.<br>· Create project briefs and technical scope sections of RFPs in conjunction with the Development Manager and procurement department.<br>· Provide Tender Evaluations for Technical submissions.<br>· Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoint, etc.<br>· Work with suppliers to select, prepare material, equipment, and their specifications to support the project design intent.<br>· Work on the cost estimation for developing the design including coordination with the related parties.<br>· Ensure the developed designs respond to project requirements.<br>· Liaise with the team, sectors and the internal and third-party professionals to execute the concept and detailed design, Tender, and Construction phases in accordance with the project vision<br>· Coordinate between the different design disciplines and internal/external stakeholders with careful attention to detail.<br>· Manage the development and review the quality and accuracy of the project’s designs<br>· Establish project timeline and execute projects according to budget.<br>· Maintain the project development schedule and align with development strategy.<br>· Ensure compliance of deliverables against scope of works and contracts.<br> <br>Requirements:<br>· 8-10 years experience in landscape design development management particularly in megaprojects<br>· Experience in public realm design and placemaking<br>· Strong multi-disciplinary coordination skills on complex projects<br>· Experience in managing and dealing with prominent third-party advisors, project management companies, consultants, architects, operators and subcontractors<br>· Possess a general working knowledge in the project life cycle from inception to asset management<br>· Strong design and project management experience<br>· Strong understanding of the Urban Design and Landscape scopes and the synergies and overlaps in between.<br>· Ability to lead the design development according to budget<br><br>Kindly forward your resume to anja@a2mlrecruiting.com<br>www.a2mlrecruiting.com
