Work includes expertise in Landscape Architecture, Architectural design, Urban design, Master planning, and Project architecture and landscape with the knowledge of Specifications, Standards, Codes, FIDIC, and more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design: Concept, Schematic, Detailed design, IFC, Design review, Presentation, Working drawings, BOQ, Tender documents, RFP’s, RFI’s, etc.
• Construction: Plan and develop the Project Ideas, Create and lead the team, Monitor project progress and set deadlines, Solve issues that arise, Manage the money and budget, Ensure owner satisfaction, Evaluate project performance, Project reporting, Issuing and review technical submittals as but not limited to: Site investigation and survey and photos for reports to the client, Detailed Design, Shop drawings, As-built drawings, Material submittal, Method of the statement, WIR, RFI, TQ, Letters, Reports…etc.
• Supervision: Reviews and approval for but not limited to Detailed Design& IFC Package & Shop Drawings & As-built Drawings & Material & MIR & Method of statement & WIR & Quality management plan…etc, issuing for but not limited to Site instructions & Site observation reports & NCR & Monthly report…etc, Time Control, Quality control and assurance, Effective Communication, Project Reporting, Project Management etc
