Job Description

<strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Draw up reports and contracts</li><li>Write proposals and present them to clients</li><li>Meet with clients, builders, engineers and landscapers to explain project goals</li><li>Liaise with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors</li><li>Prepare site plans and graphic representations of plans using computer-aided design (CAD) or Revit software</li><li>Prepare cost estimates and oversee the projects budget</li><li>Develop vendor relationships to achieve pricing goals</li><li>Select materials based on client desire, budget and climate parameters</li><li>Conduct on-site inspections to assure adherence to final plan</li><li>Research and analyze environmental reports on land conditions<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in similar role</li><li>Proven work experience as a Landscape Architect in GCC or similar role</li><li>Practical experience with CAD or Revit software</li><li>Good creative flair and imagination</li><li>The ability to respond well to feedback</li><li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)</li><li>Relevant training and/or certifications as a Landscaping Architect<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>EDUCATION AND TRAINING:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Vertical: Engineering</strong>
