<br><p><strong>FOR SAUDI CITIZENS ONLY</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a highly-organized and level-headed laboratory manager to ensure that all lab operations run smoothly by scheduling staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining health and safety protocols.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, organize, and manage operations in the laboratory, including testing, analytical, monitoring, and diagnostic procedures.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to the staff in the laboratory and ensure the provision of equipment, materials, and tools necessary for medical and scientific operations.</li><li>Providing medical and scientific support and advice to doctors, patients, and clients, interpreting results, and providing the necessary recommendations to improve the quality of services.</li><li>Managing and coordinating the work of the medical and scientific team in the laboratory, defining responsibilities and duties, and distributing tasks among them.</li><li>Providing reports, statistics, and analyses required for the laboratory management and senior management</li><li>Maintain occupational safety and health standards and comply with laws and regulations related to laboratory and occupational health and safety.</li><li>Perform the necessary laboratory procedures for quality control, quality management, and risk.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory sciences</li><li>Master’s degree in clinical laboratories</li><li>SCFHS classification as a senior specialist</li></ul>
