Job Description
<p><strong><u>Job responsabilities: </u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>L2 OPS First technical point of contact for domain</li><li>24/7 availability for On call and Non Business hours planned activities</li><li>Managing the day-to-day activities of the team (Incident, Change, vulnerability , patch Audits)</li><li>Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.</li><li>Resources allocation and assignment of L2 expert per techno according to priority</li><li>Provide activity KPI per technical domain</li><li>Leading the skill management of the team</li><li>Ensuring SR review with L3, L2 offer referent + supplier</li><li>Ensuring delivery of RCA to service owner</li><li>Contributes and ensures the contribution of the team to all improvement plan</li><li>Initiates and leads opportunities of continuous improvements</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.</li><li>Soft-Skills / Business Courses & Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills…).</li><li>Excellent understanding of systems technologies (operating systems, Hardware servers including blade/rack mounted servers, virtualization, storage, and backup).</li><li>Excellent understanding Network Architecture, Backup/ Restore, Storage Area Networks and Monitoring Solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation and customer facing skills.</li><li>Very good understanding of systems related products (Microsoft Windows 2K/2K3/2K8/2K12, VMWare, NSX, VCD, DNS/DHCP, Linux, vBlock, NetApp, NetBackup, Veem backup, HP3PAR, Isilon, Bladelogic, Zerto).</li><li>Very good understanding of project management.</li><li>Very good technical reporting skills.Certifications of MCSA and VCP is required, MCSE, MCITP, Citrix and Hyper-V are a plus.</li><li>Fluent English speaking.</li><li>Fluent French speaking is a very good plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Additional information: </u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience.</li><li>2-5 Years of experience in Cloud based application system</li><li>2-3 Years of experience leading teams of engineers and IT specialists</li></ul><p></p>
