Job Description
Helpdesk:
Desktop support (printer, scanner configuration, troubleshooting desktop/laptop users)
Day to Day issues
Desktop/Laptop windows upgrade, hardware upgrade
Basic network troubleshooting
User file backup & restore.
Windows installation on desktop & laptop
Branch visit required if remote support not working.
Coordinating with vendors
Outlook/onedrive related issues
AD management
Remote users support
Biometric devices & door access support
AVAYA IPtelephone basic support
ISP coordination if branch internet & telephone issues occurred.
