<p><strong>Kitchen Technician</strong></p><p>Reports to: Technical Support Manager</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>To perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production Machineries and equipment’s according to safety, maintenance management systems to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain, repair, troubleshoot and installation of Production machineries and equipment. </li><li>Monitors start up to insure a smooth transition of operations. </li><li>Coordinate and participate in all type of maintenance on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tools and equipment.</li><li>Observes safety and security procedures.</li><li>Perform the adhoc duties as assigned by Head of department.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Lives and Advocates the Bateel Values:</strong></p><ul><li>Quality</li><li>Innovation</li><li>Authenticity</li><li>Integrity</li></ul><p> </p><p> <strong>People Excellence (internal/external customer engagement and relationship management):</strong></p><ul><li>To create an environment which is a great place to work for you and your colleagues through your dedication, enthusiasm, sharing of knowledge, honesty and desire to support others.</li><li>To display excellent standards in all you do and inspire others to do the same, and that you operate within legislative/regulatory and company policies and procedures.</li><li>To display confidence, self-belief and openness to new ideas, adapting and embracing challenges and opportunities with a determination to excel. </li><li>Continuously develop own skills by attending all required training courses and maintaining an up to date knowledge of products, services, systems and work processes.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p> <strong>Experience requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a production technician</li><li>Understanding of machinery operational guidelines and procedures</li><li>Ability to read and understand and manuals</li><li>Positive attitude</li><li>Teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of Food safety and HACCP, BRC audit guidelines and SOPs.</li></ul><p> </p><p> <strong>Qualification and Licenses requirement:</strong></p><ul><li>Vocation Training or Diploma in Technical course.</li><li>1-2 years working experienced in the same field.</li></ul><p> </p><p>**Due to the bulk of applications we are receiving only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</p>
