We are looking for people to join our team who embody these values.</p><p><br></p><p>Position Overview: As a Kids Club Manager and Organizer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities and operations of a kids club in Abu Dhabi. Your primary goal will be to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children aged 3 to 12 years old. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff members and ensuring the club’s activities align with the children’s interests and developmental needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Kids Club staff members, including activity coordinators, educators, and assistants. Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and maintain a positive atmosphere for children. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among staff members.</li><li>Program Development and Implementation: Plan, develop, and implement a diverse range of age-appropriate activities, programs, and events for children attending the Kids Club. Create a structured schedule that includes educational, recreational, and creative activities to engage and entertain children. Collaborate with external partners, such as entertainers, artists, and educators, to enhance the club’s offerings and provide unique experiences for children.</li><li>Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary measures to minimize potential hazards. Ensure all staff members are trained in first aid and emergency response protocols.</li><li>Customer Service and Communication: Interact with parents/guardians to understand their children’s needs, address concerns, and provide updates on club activities. Foster positive relationships with families, ensuring open lines of communication and gathering feedback to continuously improve the club’s services. Handle customer inquiries, registrations, and payments promptly and professionally.</li><li>Administrative Tasks: Manage the Kids Club’s budget, including tracking expenses, monitoring revenue, and making cost-effective decisions. Maintain accurate records of attendance, activity schedules, and staff performance.Prepare reports for management, highlighting club achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or a related field.</p><p>- Proven experience working with children in a similar role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.</p><p>- Strong leadership and team management skills.</p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</p><p>- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate activities.</p><p>- Knowledge of child safety and protection policies and procedures.</p><p>- Familiarity with local regulations and licensing requirements for kids clubs is advantageous.</p><p>- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.</p><p>- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>If you have a passion for working with children, enjoy creating enriching experiences, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, we invite you to apply for the position of Kids Club Manager and Organizer.
