Key Sales Executive – Electronics | Retail | OMASCO | OMAN
Overview of the role:
Achieving Sales & Collection Targets/Key Accounts Management-Dealers/Modern Retail
What you will do:-
Description of Accountability:
- Achieving sales of Consumer Electronics, Electrical Products, Watches, Appliances through designated Hyper Markets and Dealer Channel Partners.
- Collection of receivables from the MM’s and dealer channel accounts.
- Dealer Network / Modern Retail Expansion.
- Maintaining sales records / MIS.
- Negotiating Promotions at the Hyper Markets / Dealers.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain market share of Omasco Products, Visibility of Products at shop floor.
- Reviewing sales performance vis a vis annual contracts.
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:-
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Conversant with competition analysis and benchmarking.
- Debtors Management.
- Excellent data and trend Analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word and Excel.
- Gulf experience with valid Omani driving license is a must
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor Degree (Masters Preferred)
- 5-7 years’ experience in Key Accounts Management in Consumer Durables / FMCG
- Retail Background
- Excellent Communication skills
- Acumen and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong/excellent attention to detail
