As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Operational
- Build a account Plan for each named customer
- Proactively pursue S&S opportunities coming from the Market Professional sales team
- Jointly develops and executes Account Strategy with Market Prof Sales for Systems opportunities.
- Maximizes sales opportunities by increasing Signify’s share of wallet.
Financial:
- Delivers on the Systems and Services Sales targets in named Accounts, as well as other S&S opportunities originating from Market.
Customer:
- Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction during opportunity development.
- Ensures a smooth handover to the Market for product opportunities.
- Creates a relentless drive for S&S growth.
- Effectively engages customers in value creation beyond lighting.
- Participates in customer and/or industry events as needed.
- Fosters a Customer First and Radical Collaboration mindset and actions.
- Builds strong and productive working relationships with Market Prof Sales teams.
- Collaborates effectively with project team members to deliver timely, relevant solutions to customers.
Manages 1-2 key accounts activities in a particular segment or manages a large account in the region
- Typically responsible for a revenue of EUR 1.5 – 3 million
Your qualifications
- 5+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry
- 5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products & services to accounts.
- 3+ years of value-based selling in a market/customer facing role.
- Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains.
