Overview Of The Role

Identify, explore, manage, secure new business opportunities by deploying new business process to increase the sales by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential customers both domestic export brokers & overseas customers. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with Head of International Business (IB) to design, implement, analyse, and deploy new business processes. 
  • Visit designated / assigned overseas market & domestic export brokers based in UAE/FZ regularly to ensure customer needs & requirements are met from time to time. 
  • Manage current customer relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities. 
  • Track all business development activities, analyse monthly progress, and suggest new strategies based on market findings & competitor activities. 
  • Work alongside Head of IB to ensure specified territory is managed and effectively run and monthly sales targets of the region is achieved. 
  • Expand market intelligence of spare parts in the specified markets & provide feedback to Head of IB 
  • Support IB in annual business planning process 

Skills

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • Strong experience and understanding of Automotive spare parts business
  • GCC / Middle East travel experience with established contacts within Automotive parts industry
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills 
  • Team Player

 

About The Team

The role will report to the Head of International Business. This position interfaces with various stakeholders in the organization.

 

What Equips You For The Role

  • University Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive parts business
  • Able to speak Arabic fluently
  • Analytical mind with excellent presentation skills and passion to implement regular improvements to achieve Operational Efficiency.
