Promote and sell a range of Decorative products to new and existing Key customers/Key Accounts in a given country by using sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships, liaise with the client market, and respond to sales and technical inquiries in order to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin,Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and customer satisfaction targets, and to ensure that the company is seen as a preferred supplier of high-quality products and services.
Job Responsibilities:

β€’ Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share
β€’ To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring company products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget
β€’ Maintained customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve the sales budget.
β€’ Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.
β€’ Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided sales
β€’ Flooring Experience with achieved Flooring Target
β€’ Dealing with Direct Project customers not through retail

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Any field
β€’ 6 – 8 years of experience in construction field preferably paints
β€’ Having a UAE driving license is preferred
β€’ Competent in MS Office skills
β€’ Fluency in English is required
