Our client is ane elite SaaS provider in UAE, aiming to provide customers with world-class service using cutting-edge technology. <p><br></p>The company has been operating in India since 2018 and they have been starting up their operations in the UAE and other countries in the Gulf since earlier this year.<p><br></p>They are currently looking to build a strong and energetic Key Account Manager to join their team in Dubai.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>The key account manager will be responsible for onboarding, post-sales support and escalation management.</li><li>Farming &amp; up-selling onboarded clients with respect to better plans and benefits.</li><li>Educate every client about new plans/ offers as and when raised by Nobroker.com</li><li>Retaining every account through successful renewals on completion of the subscription period.</li><li>Growing the overall revenue portfolio through a referral matrix.</li><li>Will be responsible for payment collection.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Desired Profile:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>BA Degree in any field.</li><li>0-5 years of experience.</li><li>Willingness to travel on the field<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Mandatory Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Should have a 4-wheeler vehicle with DL Mandatory.</li><li>Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing the regional language will be a plus.</li><li>Effective presentation and negotiation skills.. </li><li>Hands-on MS Office Excel, word &amp; PPT, etc.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What we have to offer!</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Working directly with the leadership team; having a high level of work independence, autonomy, and empowerment to lead company-wide changes</li><li>Being part of a start-up from an early stage, lead your area of expertise and be a part of this exciting growth journey of changing the real estate world</li><li>Excellent platform for learning how to build teams, achieve goals and handle high-growth situations.
