Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Key Account Manager” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

  • Achieve different KPIs (TO, CBL, AR, CFA & profitability) of accounts under responsibility.
  • Negotiate (targets, deals, sales agreements) with key accounts
  • Approach, negotiate and onboard new accounts as needed
  • Define, propose and implement customer strategy-based market factors and customer needs.
  • Ensure portfolio expansion, product coverage and competitive offering to the market through detailed analysis of sales activities & Egypt AA market development
  • Close coordination with local sales team, SMS, SWS & MBL
  • Overall awareness of Egypt AA market dynamics to support Bosch strategic decisions in the market
  • Expansion of distributor assortment (depth and width of Bosch automotive product portfolio) via direct “hardsell” activities and increase of Bosch workshop concept and retail concept “indirect” purchases.
  • Direct and indirect customer communications (purchase statistics, product information).
  • Solicitation of direct and indirect customer orders and incremental business – ‘hard selling’.
  • Development and implementation of regional / customer specific campaigns including campaign targets, return on investments, motivation for target market.
  • Overall responsibility for customer meetings incl. budget discussions, review meetings.
  • Productivity in terms of regular and frequent customer visits in line with agreed turnover and potential priority.
  • Proactive approach to turnover development within region of responsibility in terms of workshop concept development and customer overreach, special focus on driving Bosch workshop concept purchases via agreed distributor network.
  • Maintenance of customer OPLs (open points list).

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • BSC of Engineering / commercial degree

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7-10 years, minimum 5 years in a similar role in a multinational compan

SKILLS:

  • Strong sales skills (negotiations, follow-up, deal closing, customer centricity)
  • Effective communicator
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Languages: English (Fluent), French or German is a plus
