We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple key accounts across the UAE, building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers and educators, and promoting our learning solutions (both digital and print) across the UAE market.

The responsibilities of the Key Account Manager include:

β€’ Proactively contacting existing and potentially new clients by visiting, meeting, giving presentations, and providing information to decision-makers in the educational sector.
β€’ Being the point of contact and relationship manager for our clients and fostering these relationships to establish long-term professional relationships.
β€’ Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
β€’ Conducting tailor-made product presentations to educators in conjunction with the Training Unit.
β€’ Ensuring optimum promotion of our products and solutions at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars.
β€’ Transferring K-12 and ELT knowledge to new team members.
β€’ Ability to target growing markets, identify and follow-up opportunities in a timely manner.
β€’ Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
β€’ Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and opportunities in the education industry.
