Summary

In ENOWA Commercial Hub we are ‘Energizing our 100% renewable future’. Origination: Sales contributes to achieving this vision by providing clean and cost-efficient energy to our customers and unlocking flexible demand for efficient energy system balancing. The purpose of the Key Account / Contract Manager role within the Origination: Sales – I&C Customers Service Desk team is to provide service and manage accounts of large industrial and commercial customers.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Key account and contract management

To be responsible for all activities related to key account and contract management, including but not limited to:

  • Managing accounts of industrial and large commercial customers (e.g., managing customer relations, answering queries, updating information in internal databases, resolving issues, etc.)
  • Cross-selling ENOWA products (e.g., carbon services, energy management, etc.)
  • Leading commercial management of I&C supply contracts, including contract performance monitoring, management of contract extensions and amendments, communication with customers, resolving issues, etc.
  • Operating help desk for I&C customers (e.g., answering queries, responding to load shifting and other requests, providing information about market, products, and services, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy or related industry, ideally in a similar position
  • Experience in account management of industrial or commercial power system customers
  • Knowledge of best practices and common requirements of wholesale electricity contracts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Desire to accept the challenge of developing a fully renewable system
  • Motivation to work in the Middle East

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related degree, preferably with focus on energy markets
