<strong>About Smartplus:</strong><p><br></p>Smartplus is the strategic national distributor for Hikvision, a leading provider of innovative security and smart home solutions. We’re currently looking to expand our reach into domestic retail, with a product line including dashcams, consumer cameras, and smart home gadgets. We work with major retailers such as Noon, Amazon, Jarir, Extra, and Lulu.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p>As a Key Domestic Retailer (KDR) Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and developing relationships with domestic retail partners. You will strategize, negotiate, and drive sales across multiple channels, ensuring that our product range is well-represented and competitive in the market.<p><br></p><ul><li> Develop and manage strategic relationships with key domestic retailers such as Noon, Amazon, Jarir, Extra, Lulu, etc.</li><li> Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales across all major retail channels.</li><li> Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches.</li><li> Provide insights and feedback from retailers to our product development teams to help shape future product line-ups.</li><li> Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.</li><li> Provide regular sales forecasts and market analysis to senior management.</li><li> Handle all contractual negotiations with retailers.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
