The combined IT and engineering expertise brings a unique end-to-end solution offering, with four service lines – Consulting, Solutions, Talents and Academy – to support clients in rethinking their product development and business processes, improve productivity, minimize time to market, and shape a smarter and more sustainable tomorrow. www.akkodis.com</p><p><br></p><p>As part of our growth in the region and our portfolio development, we are looking for a Creative Junior UI/UX Designer</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with design team and stakeholders to develop intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for mobile and web interfaces.</li><li>Design and deliver presentations in PPT that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and team members.</li><li>Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented in the final product.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.</li><li>Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in a UI/UX design role.</li><li>Experience working in agile team environments.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing experience designing interfaces for mobile and web platforms.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Proficiency in creating presentations in PPT.</li><li>Understanding of responsive design principles.</li><li>Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Animation experience is a plus.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Job location : Dubai – JLT</p>
