As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement within our organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads</li><li>Reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media</li><li>Present our products/services to potential clients and effectively communicate their value propositions</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions</li><li>Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives</li><li>Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify business opportunities</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management</li><li>Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Proven ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with customers</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals</li><li>Excellent presentation and persuasive skills</li><li>A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team</li><li>Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment</li><li>Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a passionate and ambitious individual who is eager to kickstart their career in sales, we would love to hear from you.
