To successfully be able to handle accounts, build strong client relationships, and manage client requirements at all times.
To work closely with Account Managers and support them on their requirements for their clients.
Measure and produce reports on PR KPIs and each PR campaign
To be creative and actively participate in the formation of new ideas and strategies to better serve clients.
Write press releases, news stories, articles, case studies and product pieces.
Arrange interviews and editorial meetings with key journalists for clients’ spokespeople in collaboration with MR – in person or over the phone – and facilitate these meetings where appropriate.
Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients.
Attend client events and industry conferences.
Take correct decisions internally and externally that have a right impact on our standards.
Complete awareness of media representatives and ability to distribute client’s press releases, features, articles to the media.
Input for 360 comms and have an input for organizational works and flagships.
Work collaboratively with team members and build strong relations with other departments to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements.
