Junior Product Operations Specialist
Job Description
Responsabilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Perform operational maintenance of websites for different brands using required management</li></ul><p><br></p>software.<p><br></p><ul><li>Configure products using various software tools to ensure accurate representation and</li></ul><p><br></p>functionality.<p><br></p><ul><li>Utilize internal software to configure merchandise according to specifications.</li><li>Assist in the introduction and release of new products, collaborating with cross-functional</li></ul><p><br></p>teams.<p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate with product management and development teams to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Create and edit product templates using Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly product launch</li></ul><p><br></p>targets.<p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>Fluency in English, Italian is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) is required.</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms is beneficial.</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO is a plus.</li><li>Ability to create compelling product descriptions and marketing content.</li><li>Knowledge of print production processes and techniques is desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities to handle complicated situations and find creative solutions.</li><li>Detail-oriented working style with the ability to multitask and stay organized is required.</li><li>Fast learner who can adapt to changing situations.</li><li>Display time flexibility to meet project deadlines.</li></ul><p><br></p>Personal characteristics:<p><br></p><ul><li>Strong change management skills to adapt to evolving business needs.</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br><br></li></ul>
