Job Description
<strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>Execute the cleanliness, sanitation, labeling and FIFO to the pastry section in line with the kitchen quality standards.<br><br><strong><u>Accountabilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Execute the assigned cooking tasks to support the pastry chef in preparing the menu items</li><li>Responsible for the sanitation and the cleanliness of the section</li><li>Execute the assigned tasks related to the hygiene and maintenance of the section in line with the highest standards</li><li>Maintain the equipment and the utensils and ensure the cleanliness of the equipment at all time</li><li>Consistently clean the assigned section to ensure proper application of the HACCP regulations</li><li>Label the items as per the approved list provided by the pastry chef</li><li>Apply the FIFO (first in first out) to the items of the pastry section<br></li></ul>Job holder accountabilities are not limited to the above mentioned, the line manager can assign additional responsibilities when required.<br><br><strong>Education<br></strong><ul><li>Basic school level<br></li></ul><strong><u>Experience<br></u></strong><ul><li>No experience required<br></li></ul><strong>Behavioral Competencies<br></strong><ul><li>Communication</li><li>Collaboration</li><li>Achieving & delivery</li><li>Customer centric</li><li>Attention to details</li></ul>
