Job description / Role

– Execute pre-defined technical analysis and feasibility studies on users' needs
– Provide on-site and remote technical support to users related to Point of Sale and IT Retail Systems
– Develop the documentation of program code, applications and instructions, and validate the obtained technical results
– Integrate the developed objects with legacy systems
– Ensure troubleshooting of system software running in the shops by testing to support the operation and its relation to the back office ERP
