As a <strong>Junior IT Product Analyst</strong>, you will play a crucial role in supporting our product development process and ensuring the successful delivery of our IT solutions.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to gather and analyze business requirements for new product features and enhancements.</li><li>Assist in translating business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for product improvement.</li><li>Support the product development lifecycle by actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demo sessions.</li><li>Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and execute test plans, ensuring product quality and adherence to requirements.</li><li>Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality and gather feedback for further improvements.</li><li>Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.</li><li>Support the product release process by preparing release notes, documentation, and training materials.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</li><li>Familiarity with software development methodologies and agile frameworks.</li><li>Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and usability testing.</li><li>Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and technical specifications.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools and version control systems is beneficial.</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in IT product analysis.
