<p>QUALIFICATIONS: </p><p><br></p><p>1. Minimum five years experience as an interior designer, working on residential interiors, including bathrooms and other areas, using ceramic tiles in a reputable firm. </p><p>2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, and 3d max Software. </p><p>3. Proficient in Word and Excel applications. </p><p>4. Will be required to familiarize with DomuS3D, which is a design software/tool for the showroom using ceramic tile and sanitary ware. </p><p>5. Will be knowledgeable on a broad range of sanitary wares and materials such as porcelain and ceramic tiles, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>6. Motivated, can work under pressure, and be flexible to meet deadlines.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>7. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.</p><p><br></p><p>JOB&nbsp;DESCRIPTION:&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>1. Create innovative bathroom design concepts/ design bathroom interiors using various software as indicated in the above qualifications in accordance with Client requirements. </p><p>2. Communicate/ liaise with Sales staff to support client’s requirements professionally and obtain client approval </p><p>3. Prepare detailed working drawings of bathroom projects &amp; ceramic tiles 4. Oversee bathroom projects from the design stage to the installation </p><p>5. Receive instructions from Sales staff in the showroom and provide the necessary support to close the sale&nbsp;</p>
